Andrew Latimer
Director
Andrew initially trained as an engineer and soon after graduating started working in town planning and later in project management. This transitioned into Operations Manager for a large retirement living business.
From student days Andrew had an interest in environmentally sound design and after selling his interests in the retirement village business, it left Andrew free to follow his passion.
Andrew has built up Application Solutions and developed it into a quality ESD consulting firm with a team of dedicated specialists.
Andrew’s lifelong interest has been sailing and ocean voyaging.

Tom Harris
ESD Consultant
Tom is an accredited NatHERS assessor, BASIX and Section J assessor. He is also an accredited Building Surveyor, and in addition to his broad understanding of building compliance, he brings strong practical and technical experience having gained over 20 years of professional experience in the building industry which includes 10 years as a Bricklayer.
Tom is passionate about all things environment and efficiency and when he is not working, he is wrangling his two young boys, inspiring them to want to create and grow.
Tom enjoys spending time in the kitchen baking bread and treats for the family.

Jules Wright
Practice Manager
Jules’ love of the world, inspired her to complete a Bachelor of Natural Science Degree in Environmental Management and Climate Change at Western Sydney University.
While studying at University, she was selected to attend Uppsala University in Sweden, which has a strong focus on Sustainability and Climate Change. The exposure to how other countries tackled difficult issues was invaluable. Previous exposure to the building industry came through working for a Building Certifier in Sydney.
She believes that making informed decisions when designing premises can achieve positive outcomes for buildings, people and places.
Jules has an amazing Mini Fox Terrier – Tilly Devine, who keeps her entertained and fit, and who loves the beach!
