In further response to recommendations of the BCR, the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) have drafted the National Registration Framework (NRF) discussion paper, proposing a nationally consistent registration system which would require mandatory specific NCC training and CPD for each core disciplines involved in the design and construction of a building.
